Reporting Bugs and Providing Feedback

Thank you for being a part of the UltraLead Advanced Access Program. Your feedback is essential in refining and enhancing the UltraLead platform. This article provides you with guidelines on how to report bugs and issues, as well as instructions for providing general feedback during the testing phase.

Program Timeline

The Advanced Access Program will run from May 29th, 2023, to June 12th, 2023. During this period, you will have exclusive access to the early versions of UltraLead. It is important to adhere to the following deadlines to ensure the timely collection of feedback:


Bug Reporting

Please report any bugs or issues you encounter during your testing as soon as possible to facilitate prompt resolution. The deadline for reporting bugs is June 14th, 2023.


General Feedback

You have the option to provide general feedback in addition to or before the official survey. To be considered for program benefits, the official survey must be submitted before the deadline. The survey will be sent to your contact email address on June 12th, 2023, and the submission deadline for the survey is June 16th, 2023, at 11:59 PM MST. Reporting Bugs and Issues:


To report bugs or issues effectively, please follow these steps:

  1. Login to the UltraLead Help Desk

  2. Submit a "Report a Bug" ticket by clicking herePlease provide the following information:
    • Lead Source: Specify the source from which the lead was generated.
    • CRM Provider: Indicate the CRM provider you are using.
    • Expected Behavior: Describe the expected behavior or outcome.
    • Actual Behavior: Explain the actual behavior or outcome you observed.
    • Relevant Screenshots: Include screenshots that demonstrate the issue, if applicable.
    • Additional Notes or Information: Provide any additional context or details that may help in addressing the bug or issue effectively.

  3. Communicate with Support 

    Once you have submitted the ticket, our support team will review your ticket and take the necessary steps to resolve the reported issue. During the business hours outlined below, you can expect an initial response to your ticket within 30 minutes.


Providing General Feedback:


If you wish to provide general feedback in addition to or before the official survey, please follow these steps:


  1. Login to the UltraLead Help Desk

  2. Submit a "Provide Feedback" ticket by clicking here. Please provide as much information as possible to ensure we can act on any feedback as quickly as possible
  3. Communicate with Support 

    Once you have submitted the ticket, our support team will review your feedback and it will be considered in the ongoing development and refinement of UltraLead.
