What is UltraLead?

UltraLead is a lead enhancement service designed specifically for automotive dealerships. It intercepts incoming sales leads from various sources, applies Carbeeza's predictive AI to generate a consumer credit profile, and supplies this information to the dealership.


If the dealership is using a CRM, the predicted financial information is added to the "comments" section of the ADF file containing the original lead information, which is then deposited into the dealer's CRM.


If the dealership is not using a CRM, the information is added to the body of an email along with the original lead information and sent to the provided lead delivery email address.


How does UltraLead work?

UltraLead utilizes Carbeeza's predictive artificial intelligence to analyze incoming sales leads and generate consumer credit profiles from the information provided. It gathers information from the lead, applies the Carbeeza decisioning engine to it, and provides dealers with the customer's predicted financial information. This enables dealerships to have a better understanding of their leads' credit capacity and affordability at first contact, no matter the lead source.

What is my UltraLead Email Address? Where do I find it?

Your UltraLead email address is the email address of your dealership's monitored lead inbox. In order to have UltraLead operate as it is designed, make sure you change all your lead routing email addresses for all your lead sources. This email address will be included in your activation email. If you do not receive the activation email or cannot find it, please contact support by opening a ticket.

Tip: To get the most out of UltraLead, add a postal code field to any lead contact forms you can modify. Having a consumer's postal code increases the accuracy of UltraLead's predictions.




Lead Scenarios 

How fast does the lead come through? 

The lead transformation process happens in under 30 seconds during normal operation but under heavy load, the processing can take up to one minute. Please note this does not account for any latency on the part of the email or CRM provider.


What happens if the lead: 

does not contain an ADF file?

UltraLead is designed to be 100% compatible with standard ADF leads. If you are receiving leads from a provider that does not offer ADF as a format option, you can submit a sample lead to our product team for review and integration. For more information click here.


does not contain a VIN?

UltraLead will take the provided vehicle information and search the dealership's inventory for items with the same year, make, and model. We then predict the customer's financial profile, using it in conjunction with the vehicle information to match them to a lending program offered at your dealership.


does not contain any vehicle information? 
Ultralead is designed to match the customer and the vehicle of interest to a lending program, so without vehicle information, we can only predict the customer's creditworthiness. For more information on the factors UltraLead assesses when analyzing a lead, click here.


vehicle of interest is no longer available?

UltraLead will use the information provided to suggest an alternative vehicle in your inventory the customer is likely to qualify for.


vehicle of interest does not fall into the scope of the customer's predicted affordability?

A feature is coming soon that will enable UltraLead to instantly suggest other vehicles in the dealer's inventory that would fall closer to the customer's affordability spectrum.



Information & Security

What happens to the lead information when it passes through UltraLead?

First, the regular lead is generated from a lead source. Next, it is sent to the dealership's unique UltraLead email address which is hosted by Google's secure mail servers.UltraLead is configured to watch that email address and when a lead is deposited into that inbox UltraLead picks it up. Then, it's run through Carbeeza's predictive AI engine and transformed into an UltraLead which is deposited into the dealership's CRM via a lead routing email address provided by the dealership.


What happens to my leads after they're processed?

All lead information is stored in a secure database for a short time before it is permanently deleted. We store information to provide our clients with the Lead Log available on their dashboard at app.ultralead.ai.  Lead information will not be distributed to or shared with any third party and is only held for the purpose of reporting. 


In addition, Carbeeza will not contact consumers from the Leads, and the Lead information will not be used outside of Carbeeza for any purpose. For more information, please view the UltraLead Terms of Service.

What security measures are in place?

Features & Integrations

What lead sources does UltraLead work with? 

ADF

Ultralead is designed to be 100% compatible with standard ADF leads. As long as the lead complies with the formatting outlined in the attached PDF, it will be accepted and transformed by UltraLead. HTML or Email Leads
UltraLead can also process HTML or email format leads however, due to the wide range of possible formats, we for a sample lead to be provided so we can ensure the specific format will be recognized by UltraLead and produce the expected results. Can UltraLead integrate with my DMS or CRM? 

UltraLead integrations are coming soon! If you would like to request an integration for a specific system please tell us by opening a feature request ticket.


Does UltraLead calculate subvented and captive rates? 

The first version of UltraLead does not have these rates but there are plans to integrate them in the near future.




UltraLead Interface


I forgot/lost my password, how do I recover my account? 

If you are unable to access your account due to a lost or forgotten password, simply contact support by creating a ticket.  A member of our team will ask you a few questions and help you recover your account.


How do I change which dealership I am viewing? 

Use the click on the dropdown on the top left hand side of the screen to select the dealership you would like to view. If you do not see the dealership you're looking for in the list, please contact support.

 


Why is my "Lead Log" screen blank? 

This is where your leads that are processed with UltraLead will be displayed. If you have not yet sent any leads through UltraLead this screen will be empty. 

How do I change my account information? 

If you'd like to change information like your name, email address, password, etc. Choose "Account Settings" from the left menu. 

Can I add users to my account? 

Yes! To add additional user(s) to your dealership's account, please create a ticket.
