Getting Started with UltraLead

In this guide, we will walk you through the setup process to ensure seamless integration of UltraLead into your dealership's workflow. Follow the steps below to get started:

Step 1: Identifying Lead Sources

UltraLead supports various lead sources, including:

  • Tier One Leads (OEM Website)

  • Tier Two Leads Dealer Group Website*

  • Tier Three Leads Dealership Website*

  • Third-Party Marketplaces (Kijiji, Autotrader, CarGurus, HeyAuto, etc.), 

  • Any other lead source that provides customer information as an ADF.

TIP: For Tier Two or Tier Three leads, consider adding a postal code field in your lead submission form. Collecting this information improves the accuracy of UltraLead's predictions and provides more comprehensive information.


Step 2: Update Lead Routing Email Addresses

To begin using UltraLead, it is essential to update your lead routing email addresses for each lead source to include the "UltraLead Email Address" provided in the activation email. Your leads will then be directed to UltraLead for transformation and enhancement. 


Accepted Lead Formats

ADF

Ultralead is designed to be 100% compatible with standard ADF leads. As long as the lead complies with the formatting outlined in the attached PDF, it will be accepted and transformed by UltraLead.
HTML or Email Leads
UltraLead can also process HTML or email format leads. However, due to the wide range of possible formats, we ask for a sample lead to be provided so we can ensure the specific format will be recognized by UltraLead and produce the expected results. Step 3: You're all set! 


CRM

Once leads are sent to your UltraLead address, the consumer's predicted credit information will be added to the ADF file. The lead ADF file, including the predicted finance information, will be forwarded to your provided CRM lead delivery email address. In your CRM, you can view the financial information in the "Comments" section of the lead.
No CRM

If you are not using a CRM, the finance details are combined with the original lead data and sent to the provided lead delivery email address.
