We understand it’s crucial that every lead makes it into your CRM flawlessly and on time, every time. Our lead format validation tool allows anyone to test their incoming lead’s compatibility with UltraLead.
Currently, UltraLead is compatible with the standard Auto-lead Data Format (ADF) leads. However, our team is actively working to expand our support to include additional formats. If you have HTML or alternative lead formats, please submit a sample lead.
As we continue to enhance our compatibility, this article will be regularly updated to include all the formats that we support.

To test your leads, follow the steps below:
- Open your lead file in a text editor and highlight all the text
- Copy the text
- Open your browser and navigate to ultralead.ai/validator
- Paste your text into the white box on the page and click the "Validate" button
Note: Be sure to right-click and select the "Paste as plain text" option when pasting the text. Failing to do this may result in an error message. - Check for the results message at the bottom of the box
- If you encounter an error, please review the file for any obvious issues. If you require assistance please open a support ticket with us so our technical team can assist you.
- Any leads that return a “Valid ADF file” result will be accepted by UltraLead, transformed, and passed into your CRM
